Shield Care includes 1 cleanup per year. Request a paid cleanup from the pricing page, or use the included cleanup from Account if you are on Shield Care. We email you a request id and a status page. A person replies within 1 business day. This is not an automated clean, and it is not a 1-hour or 24/7 SLA.

We need access to clean your site. Share WordPress login on the status page (login URL, username, and password, or a temp admin invite). Hosting login helps if we need server files. Do not send your WordPress password in email. We seal that access. Operators reveal it once in the Hub. Notes stay secret-free. When the ticket is marked done, you get a post-cleanup report on that page and by email. If the same infection returns within 14 days, add a note on the same status page and we pick the ticket back up.

After cleanup, keep Basic, Pro, or Shield Care so the next break-in is harder. SiteLock 2024 often cites malware cleanup at $5,000 to $20,000 once you count downtime.
