Bedrock is not an uptime monitor. We do not ping the homepage, and we do not send a site-down notice when WordPress is unreachable. Stale on the dashboard means the plugin missed a signed Hub check-in. That is different from a visitor seeing a blank page.

If a site is marked stale: confirm the plugin is active, the Hub URL is correct, and the host can reach this Hub over HTTPS. Rotate a lost Site key from Account. If the homepage itself is down, check the host and DNS. Those are outside Bedrock.

We do not sell an uptime add-on. A host status page or a third-party ping service covers that job.
