Sign in, open Account, and use Change plan for Basic, Pro, or Shield Care. Or pay again from Pricing with the same email. A higher plan upgrades. The same plan adds sites. A cheaper plan adds seats billed at that plan, and Account lists each site's plan. Cancel asks for your password. On a live Stripe account, cancel is scheduled for the end of the period unless you already canceled. Card changes stay in the billing portal.

You can export activity, site, and billing CSV, or one JSON pack, from Account. Site keys are never in those files. Close account is separate: type DELETE and your password. That cancels now, revokes keys, and redacts your name and email. Billing records stay for taxes and disputes.
