A failed payment is not a hack. Stripe could not charge the card on file. Bedrock stays on during a 7-day grace. After that, Pro extras pause and the firewall still blocks.

1. Sign in to the Hub.
2. Use Manage billing (or the past-due banner) to open the Stripe billing portal.
3. Update the card. Do not send card numbers to support.

If Manage billing fails, reload and try again. On this preview Hub, Stripe Price IDs may still be empty. Use Account to change plan when live billing is not configured.

You never change DNS. Open billing or Cancel or change plan.
