A site that loads is not the same as a site that is protected. Sucuri SiteCheck 2024 found a 1.66% infection rate across 70.8 million scans. Wordfence 2024 logged more than 54 billion malicious requests. If you never turned on lockouts, two-factor, or a malware scan, start with Basic.

Bedrock Shield is the simple safety net: install the plugin, connect once, leave the defaults on. Most people protect one site.

Get Basic or see how to connect.
