Site keys stay masked on the dashboard until you click Show. We never email the Site key.

1. Sign in and open the Connect your site card on the dashboard (or Account).
2. Find the site by its WordPress title (or the Site label you saved).
3. Click Show to see the current key, or Generate a new key (that still asks you to confirm). A new key makes the old key stop working immediately. Disconnect keeps the Site ID and kills the key.
4. In WordPress open Bedrock Shield, then Connect. Paste Hub URL (this Hub, paste as-is), the same Site ID, and the Site key.

Changing your Hub password, or turning on two-factor, revokes every Site key. Site IDs stay. Click Show to mint the new secret, then paste it in WordPress Connect. Support can re-activate a revoked site; that also mints a new key.

Support can send a sign-in reminder. They cannot see your Site key. You never change DNS. How to connect or Connect failed.
