The Basic malware scan looks for known-bad files and core changes. Any install can quarantine a file by hand from the plugin Quarantine page. Pro can auto-quarantine when you turn that on. That is not the same as a $199 cleanup when the site is already taken over. Shield Care includes 1 cleanup per year.

Cleanup is a person on a ticket. We reply within 1 business day. When the work is marked done, the status page and email carry the post-cleanup report. If the same infection returns within 14 days, add a note on that page. There is no button that pretends the site was cleaned automatically.

From Scanner you can ask for a $199 cleanup. That opens a ticket with the last scan notes (file names and types only, no payloads). A person replies in 1 business day. This does not clean the site by itself. Shield Care uses the included credit when one remains.
